Blade Training Facility

The Training Experience
  • Participants wear Hockey socks, pants, skates, shins, neck guard (optional) and stick.
  • Always bring a FULL bottle of water to each session
  • Participants are connected to an overhead track and sit in a safety harness.
  • The harness enables training at ultra-high speeds and inclines.
  • Each session is approx. 50 minutes.
