Terms and conditions for Premium Plan
Your Premium Pro Plan: This plan is based on a one-year subscription. The plan is valid for 1 (one) calendar year and/or 365 days. As a Premium Plan subscriber, you are able to book a maximum of 5 (five) sessions per month on Blade Trainer 1 and/or Blade Trainer 2.
Premium Plan sessions can not be redeemed toward ProShots and/or any other HSH program or service unless otherwise noted. This plan is billed monthly and the payment date is based on your date of registration. Unused monthly sessions, do not rollover.
Best Results Recommendation
*Please note HSH Trainers notice best results are achieved through regular visits. For best results, HSH recommends participants train routinely with a minimum of 1 session per week.
Subscription Plan Expiration Dates
Ultimate PRO Plan - Expiration: 1 year from date of purchase
Premium Plan - Expiration: 1 year from date of purchase
Cancelling a Session and/or Appointment: To cancel a session and/or appointment, simply go to the appointment in your child's profile and click "cancel". HSH must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the appointment. No shows result in a deduction from your list of remaining sessions.
Cancelling Your Subscription: This package requires a 12-month commitment. Cancellation prior to a six (6) month less a day, results in a 50% charge of the total amount of the subscription fee. After the six month period a $200 cancellation fee is applied. Memberships can be put on hold for a maximum of 1 (one) month without penalty. Contact staff to put your membership on hold. If you have registered for all of your blade training sessions prior to your annual plan expiration date, you are required to pay the remaining plan fees. Please note: Refunds will not be issued, a credit note will be applied to your account for any amount owning.
Please Note: HSH Program Waivers must be completed at least two hours prior to attending any programs. In the event, you arrive at HSH for a booked session and/or appointment and a waiver has not been completed, the session and/or appointment is considered redeemed. The session and/or appointment is deducted from your list of remaining sessions.
