Terms and conditions for 20 Pack of Blade
Your 20 Pack of Blade Sessions Purchase: You are entitled to use these sessions for use on Blade 1 and/or Blade 2 for the duration specified in the product description. These sessions can not be redeemed toward ProShots and/or any other HSH program or service unless otherwise noted.
HSH Packages expiration periods:
10 Pack of Blade - Expiration: 4 Months from date of purchase
20 Pack of Blade - Expiration: 8 Months from date of purchase
30 Pack of Blade - Expiration: 12 Months from date of purchase
Cancelling a Session and/or Appointment: To cancel a session and/or appointment, simply go to the appointment in your child's profile and click "cancel". HSH must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the appointment. No shows result in a deduction from your list of remaining sessions.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for purchased passes (Blade / Pro Shots). Under special circumstances, a credit can be given of 50% of the total cost towards another program. If you require an extension of a current pass, reach out to the HSH staff directly with this request.
(*Camps/PA Days & Premium Plans will have their own separate cancellation policies)
Please Note: HSH Program Waivers must be completed at least two hours prior to attending any programs. In the event, you arrive at HSH for a booked session and/or appointment and a waiver has not been completed, the session and/or appointment is considered redeemed.
